- Support the Head of Department in managing procurement, processing, and export supply operations in line with the corporation’s business objectives. - Lead and oversee procurement activities, ensuring full compliance with corporate policies, regulations, and operational procedures. - Advise the Head of Department and the Board of Directors on procurement strategies and purchasing approaches to optimize efficiency, cost control, and supply stability. - Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term procurement plans for goods and services supporting the corporation’s production and export activities. - Plan and manage product sourcing, processing, and supply on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis in alignment with the annual business plan. - Monitor product supply, production volumes, and inventory levels while establishing effective min–max inventory policies to ensure operational continuity. - Develop and implement supplier evaluation and management frameworks based on criteria such as supplier capability, product quality, delivery performance, after-sales service, payment terms, and long-term partnership potential. - Establish and improve internal procedures and regulations related to warehousing, logistics, and cargo handling services. - Draft and advise on contract terms for inspection, fumigation, cargo handling, and other logistics services. - Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth execution of procurement and supply activities. - Support other departmental functions and undertake additional assignments from senior management when required.
