• Development of projects in the paint shop to improve the ergonomics of the working spaces and quality of the vehicles complying with Renault standards. • Responsible for the correct technical definition and the fulfillment of the Renault standards associated with the processes of paint sealings, primer, basecoat, and vernish application, plugs, adhesives, and inspection and repair operations, in the paint shop. • Responsible for the correct technical definition and the fulfillment of the Renault standards associated with processes of flaming, primer, basecoat, and varnish application, inspection, and repair operations of the bumpers. As well as, the subassembly of the bumpers. • Responsible for the modification and improvement of equipment such as roller beds, shuttle beds, lift hoists, paint sealing application systems, ovens, spray application systems, and spray booths, which allows the transformation of the bodywork through the paint shop.

• Instrumentation deployment to measure the velocity, temperature, humidity, and pressure inside the DigIndy tunnel openings and the weather conditions outside the tunnel. • Development of a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model to predict the natural air circulation in the DigIndy tunnel using ANSYS Fluent.

• Support in the experimental setup of an infrared preheating system for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) aluminum casting dies. • Development of a numerical model for an infrared preheating system using ANSYS Fluent. • Generation of scientific publications about the infrared preheating system.
