* Manage the New Market Launch Process for each new market/channel * Set up and oversight of first year of existence for LATAM expansisons * continue management of LATAM * Responsible for the contract negotiations, drafting of amendments to contracts, business negotiations and market forecast * Establish and maintain customer relationships and expand new customer contacts in new market area and ensure the accuracy of all customers’ records.

* Monitors and analyses international market (segment) developments, identifies international commercial opportunities and priorities * Develop and maintain a sound sales plan and strategy for achieving the yearly target through individual account plans and target solutions * Coordinates activities to increase sales and establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all accounts * Develops account profiles, including competitive positions and sales volume, sales opportunities, company direction, decision makers, etc * Ensure customers have the tools and knowledge to maximize their effective usage of the company product * Support pre-launch and launch activities of new products as and when needed.
