* Providing support and assistance to customers: Answering customer inquiries efficiently and effectively through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and social media. * Solving customer problems: Analyzing and resolving complaints and problems related to bank accounts, money transfers, and other services in a way that ensures customer satisfaction. * Providing financial advice: Guiding customers to banking products and services that best meet their financial needs, such as loans, savings, and investment. * Managing customer bank accounts: opening and closing bank accounts, updating customer information, and managing account change requests. * Promoting banking products and services: Introducing customers to the new offers and innovative banking products provided by Alinma Bank. * Training and development: Participate in training programs provided by Alinma Bank to improve customer service skills and financial knowledge. * Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with the sales, credit, and operating teams to ensure integrated and efficient service delivery to customers. * Follow-up and evaluation: Following up on customer satisfaction after solving problems and banking transactions, and evaluating the services provided to constantly improve them. * Compliance with laws and regulations: Ensuring compliance with all financial and banking laws and regulations applied in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
