Dr.Ishan Atrey

Passionate about the intersection of law, justice, and society. I'm a dedicated law professor with more then 7 years of experience in teaching, research, and guiding the next generation of legal minds. With extensive expertise in Civil and Criminal Laws, I have successfully mentored students preparing for RJS, DJS, and other Competitive Exams. My exceptional contributions have garnered recognition, including the Young Researcher Award, 2022 for his paper on "Critical Analysis of the Judicial Implications on the concept of Necrophilia & the Judicial approach taken towards it in India and Worldwide." I have also received letters of appreciation for online teaching during the COVID-19 period and an acknowledgement for my outstanding research and development work. Academically, I hold a PhD in Juvenile Justice from the University of Petroleum and Energy Sciences (UPES) and have completed my LLM. from Government Law College and BA.LL.B. from Bhartiya Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune. Additionally, have completed a Diploma in Corporate Law from the Asian School of Cyber Law, Pune. To augment my expertise, I have undertaken numerous certificate courses and MOOCs in diverse areas, including Children's Human Rights, Criminal Justice, American Contract Law, Citizenship and the Rule of Law. With a strong research background, I have published research papers in esteemed journals and presented on various topics, including juvenile delinquency, prison reforms, euthanasia, and artificial intelligence in law. My research papers have been published in reputable National and International Journals, including Scopus , UGC Care Listed Journals, Springer, ABDC Journals, IEEE Conference proceedings, IGI Global and in Double-Blind Peer-Reviewed Journals. I actively participate in seminars, webinars, and faculty development programs to further expand my knowledge and teaching skills. Notably, I possess excellent communication skills, administrative abilities, and adeptness in public speaking.
