Ross is also one of the most popular lecturers on the college circuit, lecturing about college fraternities and sororities and hazing issues at over 700 colleges and universities. Ross is also an expert on African American consumer trends, having worked as a senior director at the qualitative consumer trends research firm, Iconoculture.
