Heading the Finance function of Mainland Utilities (MU) business of the Hong Kong and China Gas Co Ltd in Mainland China with a portfolio of 300+ joint ventures, with an annual turnover of US$10Billion, net assets value of US$8Billion and a net profit of US$550M. The market capitalisation of MU business is US$7Billion. Has +30 years of experience in finance, accounting and taxation in China and Hong Kong. Fully responsible for the finance matter of Towngas Smart Energy (1083.HK) and familiarised with M&A transactions, treasury and finance, China Tax and Hong Kong Listing Rule.
