* Configuration for all Linksys wired and wireless Routers, Hubs and switches * ADSL and Cable Broadband LAN / WAN Configuration and Preventive Maintenance * Installation of LAN Cards and wireless NIC * Linksys Wireless–N series and SRX series routers (Both installation and troubleshooting) * Mapping, File & Printer sharing and VPN Connection * Installation and Splicing of Ethernet cables both crossover and straight through cables * Member: Special Action Team (S.A.T) – Handles escalated calls and pacify clients with their concerns – Configure Linksys devices with more advanced features for advanced clients / users * Provides customers with the proper specifications needed for networking * Customer satisfaction (C-SAT Performer) First selection thru Voice Support and Chat Support * Supports clients from North America, Australia, Asia Pacific and United Kingdom
