Planning and scheduling formal documents as well as overseeing on-site development of plumbing and HVAC installations in construction projects. Tasks vary widely from reviewing and clarifying mechanical designs, coordination with strong communication with other major key figures and ensuring smooth integration from planning to execution.

Operated in front and backend business management. Greeted new and current students and their families, provided insight and clarity on school operations in Taekwondo and answered and helped families in various matters from scheduling to tuition. Backend work included managing and balancing accounts and books, organization of student files and sensitive documents, planning and preparing the school for schoolwide events such as tournaments, belt testing, and charity events.

Lead and taught large and varying classes of students. Students range from ages 4 to 46 years of age. Adapted and provided martial arts/self defense teachings fit for a wide variety of student types, including those with disabilities both physical and mental. Demonstrated proper leadership and role model qualities and lead students to positive character building traits.

Provided supportive role to Head Instructor during classes. Managed large groups of students of varying ages, primarily youth from ages 4 to 14. Learned key leadership skills and learned how to teach large groups of individuals.
