Raise and manage purchase orders for tyres and automotive products, ensuring correct pricing, quantities, and specifications in SAP/GP. Monitor inventory levels across branches and warehouses and initiate IBTs to prevent stockouts and reduce excess stock. Track supplier and warehouse deliveries, resolve short deliveries, wrong items, and system variances affecting branch operations. Support import processes by verifying HS codes, country of origin, duty treatment (COMESA), and statutory charges to avoid clearance delays. Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records and prepare stock and operations reports for management.

-Responsible for managing daily vehicle dispatch and scheduling, ensuring efficient routing and on-time deliveries. -I monitor vehicle movements using tracking systems to optimize utilization and reduce downtime, while serving as a key liaison between drivers, clients, and management for seamless communication. - I maintain accurate dispatch logs, operational reports, and incident documentation, while coordinating preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions. -Additionally, I analyze dispatch data to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
