Managed the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for GCs, ensuring specifications and criteria were clearly defined to meet project requirements and operational objectives. Administered Change Orders to minimize their impact on the project’s financial and operational objectives, ensuring accurate application of contractual entitlements and coordinating adjustments with project teams.

Developed and implemented contracting strategies for hyperscale data center projects, optimizing costs and ensuring timely delivery for Confidential Client customers.
