* Calendar scheduling & time management of the MD on daily basis Maintaining Petty cash of the department * Conducting various team building events in the organization like pot lunch, picnics, etc. * Inter-department / Vendor co-ordination for smooth functioning Handling M.D’s office w.r.t. mails, phone calls, documents, fax, couriers etc * Follow-up on the pending items of important minutes of meeting Preparing agenda for the various meetings Handling the key role for new projects of Imports. * Coordinating with the Clients & forwarders * Follow up over all Import Consignments on daily basis. * Day to day administration work in the office * Verification of Reports to the clients. * Learned to work with many projects in a very short time Processing vendor payments / invoicing etc Visitor management
