LAVANYA POTHUGANTI

I am a student pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management at The University of Texas at Arlington, where I am learning to apply engineering principles and methods to complex organizational problems. I have a background in civil and structural engineering, having completed a Master of Technology in Structural Engineering from INSTITUTE OF AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Auroras Technological and Research Institute (ATRI). My core competencies include student services, quantity take-offs, and design efficiency. Before enrolling in UTA, I worked as a Subject Matter Expert at .efficiently, a company that provides online training and consulting services to engineering professionals and students. There, I managed trainee scheduling, training, and project assignments, ensuring workflow efficiency. I also fostered partnerships within the USA market, establishing strategic tie-ups with clients and stakeholders. I conducted client meetings, negotiating contracts and facilitating project onboarding. I am passionate about enhancing the quality and effectiveness of engineering education and practice, and I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. I am motivated by the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from experts in the field, and to contribute to the organization's goals and vision.
