Bold & Equity is an infrastructure development and project finance platform focused on originating and structuring bankable transactions across emerging and frontier markets. We act as a lead structuring sponsor on select mandates, controlling deal architecture from inception, securing government mandates, and structuring transactions to a point where institutional capital can participate. Our work focuses on transactions where disciplined structuring can unlock institutional participation across complex stakeholder environments. Current activities include: – Originating sovereign and sub-sovereign infrastructure mandates – Structuring SPVs, capital stacks, and risk allocation frameworks – Aligning DFIs, ECAs, and institutional investors – Engaging technical operators and delivery partners The focus is on a small number of transactions designed to reach financial close.

Worked across institutional, financial, and public-sector environments supporting complex transformation programs involving governance oversight, risk management, and multi-stakeholder coordination. MiTrust explores how trust networks, behavioral verification, and social reputation systems can function as financial infrastructure in environments where traditional credit systems are limited. The initiative serves as a research and venture platform examining how trust-based systems may enable future access to credit and financial services in underserved markets.
