Sourcing responsibility of Logistics Service Providers (LSP) and Service & Project Support categories. I also lead the logistics stream of Vaisala's Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) project to optimize CO2 emissions in transportations.

Sourcing responsibility of Standard Mechanics and Hydraulic & Pneumatics categories. I also work as a Project Manager in the Ecovadis supplier sustainability platform implementation in Vaisala's supply chain.

Responsible for the Far East purchasing from suppliers across Asia to Onninen and K-Rauta's central warehouses in HVAC, refrigeration, energy, electrical installation and small hardware product categories in the building and technical trade division.

I worked full-time in the Kesko's Building and technical trade’s Supply Chain Management and Development-unit for a year, responsible for the replenishment planning and operational purchasing of products procured from the Far East. The duties included coordinating and optimizing material flow of the product assortment and ensuring availability and managing stock levels, reporting metrics related to the availability and forecasted supply of stock products to internal stakeholders, defining and maintaining parameters related to purchasing and replenishment in the RELEX and SAP systems as well as participating in supplier cooperation as an expert in logistical matters. The area of responsibility included managing the long process of the entire supply chain, from order preparation to delivery to the K-Rauta chain’s central warehouse. The Far East's area of responsibility was a versatile combination of different aspects of purchasing, where building a demand forecast by analyzing sales development, understanding import forwarding processes and managing global supply chains in constantly changing situations were also emphasized. The duties also included developing the processes and quality of replenishment planning in my own area of responsibility and implementing changes.
