• Design and develop enhancements for Officevibe's core features (e.g.: Good Vibes, Performance, Trials, etc). • Integrate Officevibe as part of the Workleap's new product platform (e.g.: transition all organizational & subscription logistics, etc.) • Co-drive efforts towards implementing a new SDLC to standardize practices accross products and to facilitate the production of artefacts for audtiting (e.g.: SOC2) • Orient new employees on our development practices and codebase during onboarding. • Responsible to resolve SIRT and coaching the operation/support teams on how to proactively diagnose and isolate potential issues.

• Supervise and mentor a team of 3 to 6 developers, consisting of both internal staff and external consultants, to enhance their technical skills. • Allocate and oversee external consulting resources according to the demands of current projects. • Serve as a support liaison for clients during production phases. • Contribute to the creation of documents like Statements of Work (SOW), Change Requests (CR), and deployment procedures. • Train new partners on using the platform and developing new features post-implementation. • Conduct interviews for prospective new hires.

• Develop .NET e-commerce solutions (B2B/B2C) using continuous integration/delivery processes for clients such as Bestseller, Sports Experts, SQDC, CDMV, Hach, and Sobeys. • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a legacy e-commerce system. • Design and implement new platform features utilized by all service teams. • Develop and maintain tools for unit and integration testing used across all service teams. • Mentor new partners on platform usage and feature development following initial implementation.

• Design, develop, and maintain features for a health tracker mobile application used in both research and everyday activities. • Integrate third-party services (e.g., Fitbit, Garmin) through their REST APIs using the OAuth security protocol to synchronize and display client data. • Design and maintain an SDK to support over 40 Bluetooth Low Energy health tracking devices on both Android and iOS platforms. • Serve as the lead Android developer and contribute to the design of new features. • Lead efforts to mitigate technical debt within the team. • Support product ownership and quality assurance by defining requirements, estimating development/research costs, and creating test cases. • Mentor new hires in software development practices and technologies.
