A few achievements from my projects: Organizational Transformation: - Supported the implementation of a major transformation program (including process and tool optimization, a shift in management culture). Facilitated events and workshops to strengthen engagement and ownership of change. Established metrics to evaluate the impact of transformation strategies and plans. - Assisted in designing and implementing a target operating model for a video game company (aligning teams around a shared vision, guiding managers in defining collaboration and operational modes, developing a strategic roadmap, and supporting change management activities). Change Management: - Supported the transition of an industrial site operator (accelerating team integration, assisting managers during the transition to ensure required performance levels were maintained). - Guided the implementation of a new cross-functional program for a banking institution in the ESG sector (establishing collaboration mechanisms between departments, facilitating change management, supporting business teams in identifying key performance indicators, and achieving desired benefits). Organizational Design: - Supported organizations in reviewing their organizational or functional structures and implementing the new model.

Support in the design of an idea management process and analysis of methods for structuring ideas and organizational challenges - Diagnosis of the knowledge and idea management situation within the organization through individual interviews. - Evaluation, through an in-depth market study, of the knowledge management practices of energy industry players and stakeholders known for their excellent knowledge management and innovation. - Design and animation of ideation workshops with Design Thinking approaches to understand expectations and interests regarding knowledge management and to reduce existing organizational boundaries. - Analysis of the levers for the implementation of a challenge and idea management tool (recommendations around the coherence of the project, the change process, the human aspects inherent to the project and the development of an innovative approach). - Development of reflections on the legal issues related to idea management, particularly in terms of knowledge protection. Achievements : - Writing of a report on the role of an idea management tool in an organization as an instrument to support the identification and permeabilization of existing organizational boundaries. - Formulation of recommendations on the process to be implemented for the creation of the tool. - Design of a tool model integrating the main components and functionalities of idea and challenge management within Hydro Québec.

Co-production of a dozen Management podcasts on pop culture (under the direction of Professor Marine Agogué) - Selection of themes and literature review in order to prepare the theoretical aspects of the podcast. - Formulation of proposals on the methods that can be used to best reflect the management aspects of the chosen work. - Design of podcasts, including editing activities and the selection of relevant passages from the artwork to be included in the podcast. - Critical review of projects and recommendations for adjustments. Le Pacte - Animation of ideation workshops with managers of Montreal companies regarding integration and diversity in Quebec organizations in order to develop customized action plans.

Realization of a qualitative analysis of CDL start-up application files in order to build a theoretical model in strategy around the elements that investors take into account in their decision to support a project (under the supervision of Professor Denis Grégoire). - Analysis and classification of the CDL candidates' files by applying criteria considered as possible elements to be taken into account in the investors' decision. - Considerations and adjustments of the criteria in order to make them correspond to the collected data.

Writing of a cross-border merger case between the pharmaceutical companies Shire and Takeda (under the supervision of Professor Marie-Ann Betschinger). - Research on the reasons for the merger and on the strategic and financial stakes of the operation. - Analysis of the pharmaceutical industry and the behavior of its major players. - Performed a literature review of mergers and acquisitions carried out by foreign executives. - Cross-checking and structuring of the information collected in order to develop the case.

Writing of a draft article in English around the influence of the institutional field in the translation of a business model (under the supervision of Professor Taieb Hafsi) - Realization of a literature review around the institutional theory and the behaviors of the actors in a sector or a considering industry depending on the components of this field.- Monitoring and surveillance activities of the practices of the tomato industry.

Formulation and presentation of applications for the jury of the 2020 Médaillés de la relève competition organized by the HEC Family Business Center and PWC. My work consisted in reporting on the transition of management (entrepreneurial or family) and the changes that this impacts within the company in question.

Participation in the analysis of the HR practices and environment of a multinational company in the retail sector. Design and analysis of an internal survey about the employee experience situation of over 500 employees. Conducted a market study of employee experience best practices in the retail industry. Proposition of recommandations adapted to the client's situation and an action plan to address the labour shortage and reduce the turnover rate.

Corporate law / banking and finance law - Development, coordination and implementation of business transformation projects integrating legal, organizational and strategic dimensions as a consultant. - Preparation and implementation, from a legal point of view, of merger and acquisition operations between organizations (modification of governance, creation of new merger schemes, management of political aspects) - Coaching of managers and executives around merger and acquisition projects. - Coordination of external experts around merger projects (accountants, tax specialists, financiers, organizational development consultants). - Legal structuring of financing operations (financing agreement, confidentiality agreement, drafting of contracts). - Conducting multi-day corporate law training sessions with potential and existing clients as well as with internal staff. - Performing best practice and legal monitoring activities.
