Clean room manufacturing and sterile medical devices. Beldico is part of Mediprema Group.

Accountable for Seveso classe 1 plant management including: - HSE - Quality & Lab - Production - Warehouse - Maintenance - Engineering - Supply Chain Managing 100 FTE + temporary people

Accountable of 15 production lines (formulation and packaging) + warehouses in a Seveso Plant Managing 50 FTE + temporary people

Leader for Lean implementation through all the company: Production : Lead time and stock decreasing (between 30% to 70% on process reviewed) Business processes : analyzes and optimization of administrative’ flows Change Management and Culture

Management: - Warehouse: storage of raw mat, consumables, finished goods… - Planning and scheduling (short and long term) - Purchasing - Supply chain optimization (long term planning, capacities, supply chain strategy, inventory management…) Success - Lean process improvement: improve on time delivery (+ 20%), lead time and inventory decreasing (-15%) - Safety improvements in warehouse (from 2 to zero accident) - New organization of planning & purchasing cell

Management: - Production team of 120 peoples (24 hours 5 days a week) with shift leaders - Production scheduling - Process engineer Success - Safety (decreasing of accident by 33%), Quality (decreasing of external complaints by 40%) and productivity (+10%) improvements - Lean projects: layout of equipment’s, TPM, 5S, autonomous production cells… - Introduction of competencies benefit for workers

Follow up of production and increasing of all the performances: - Increasing performance & cost decreasing, quality and safety - Implementation of inline cells - Engineering of equipment modifications. - Lean and 6 sigma manufacturing projects - Resolution of customer complaints - Innovation (New products validations, new ERP system…)

Management of Technical teams (+/- 15 white and blue collars): - Planning: planning of maintenance works, maintenance strategy and preventive maintenance plan for plant installations. - Purchasing - technical purchase for the plant : spare parts and third party, contract management, dual sourcing management - Spare parts Management: management of the spare parts warehouse, decrease inventory turns (10.000 different references) - CMMS and technical documentation : definition of new ERP blueprint (SAP) - Budget Management: Establishment of maintenance budget, cost management, budget follow up, benchmarking…
