My work centers on the intersection of neurodiversity, nervous system regulation, executive functioning, and emotionally sustainable living, particularly in environments where chronic stress, cognitive overload, and constant performance demands have become normalized. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked as an educator, instructional leader, consultant, and strategist across classrooms, coaching settings, leadership teams, and system-level initiatives, developing a deep understanding of how stress, executive function, sensory processing, and emotional well-being shape learning, performance, decision-making, and human behavior. I’ve served in guiding and advisory roles as a literacy specialist, executive functioning coach, instructional leader, and neurodiversity consultant, supporting students, educators, families, and professionals navigating high cognitive and emotional demands. My experience includes structured literacy and Orton-Gillingham practices, professional learning design, intervention strategy, executive functioning support, curriculum development, and neurodiversity-informed coaching. Over time, my work expanded beyond instructional practice into the emotional and biological realities of burnout, overstimulation, nervous system dysregulation, and sustainable performance, particularly for neurodivergent individuals and women balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. Today, my work blends education, emotional wellness, sensory-centered living, and systems thinking through consulting, coaching, writing, speaking, and creative work focused on helping people create more grounded, emotionally supportive, and sustainable ways of living and working. I bring a human-centered, neurodiversity-affirming lens grounded in both professional implementation and lived experience.
