In my customer service role at Wear & When, I confidently assisted customers in selecting products by demonstrating a range of high-end watches and jewellery, Australian Opal products and budget jewellery lines. I was responsible for displaying, cleaning and maintaining the store, as well as balancing all merchandise, and liaising with management regarding stock levels. Most shifts required me to work independently for long periods of time, in communication with another team member in the second store at the airport. The terms of my employment at the Brisbane International Airport required a federal police background check in order to be cleared for an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card), which allowed access to the airside duty free sales area of the airport.

With a focus on sex offender sentencing, management and treatment in my final year, the courses I studied were: * Mental Disorder and Crime * Social explanations of crime * Interventions with offenders * Research, evaluation and policy analysis * Law and behaviour * Contemporary perspectives on crime * Evolutionary Criminology I have particular interest in juvenile justice, fair sentencing, offender management, and the prevention of human trafficking. I greatly enjoy the challenge of research, and would welcome the opportunity to be involved in studies involving genetic criminality and/or serial offending.
