-Designed daily, age-appropriate crafts for 70 campers each week including paper mache pinatas, paper cup puppets, and salt painting in order to uphold the core value of “fun” at Camp Wright -Assisted in administrative roles, including calling parents, reviewing staff performances, and coordinating camp-wide activities such as foam parties and color runs

-Organize and plan lessons for various courses, such as World History, Sociology, and Introduction to Law, with an emphasis on reaching every student while including rigor in every lesson -Engage in the school community by working ticket sales for 30+ athletic games, spearheading the new Mock Trial club, and collaborating with the Class of 2028 as a class sponsor

-Monitored 30+ campers on outings such as theme parks, aquariums, movie theaters, and other summer destinations -Built relationships with campers through team-building exercises on long bus rides

- Maintained a quiet and inclusive study space by conducting hourly cleaning checks and keeping data on the student usage of the space - Built connections with peers through starting tutoring sessions in education and history classes for all students interested

-Facilitated icebreaker activities, campus tours, and peer-to-peer discussions to 25+ first-year students in order to get them acclimated to the college -Assisted with the development and execution of the late-night first-year social event that generated the attendance of over 200+ students each year

-Taught and supervised 100+ students per day to ensure curriculum lessons were followed regardless of teacher absences -Created a welcoming environment by focusing on inclusive practices in over 50+ classrooms

-Entertained 200+ campers K-6 by engaging and teaching activities in arts and crafts, music, and physical education -Collaborated with camp directors and fellow counselors to establish themes for each week of camp and to plan camp-wide events such as track meets, musical performances, and field days

-Monitored children during lunch and recess while enforcing strict COVID protocols -Created activities and games to entertain 25-50 elementary school students a day

Currently working to receive certification to teach history and social studies at the secondary level.

My major was history and my minor was educational studies. I graduated summa cum laude and managed to graduate a year early due to AP credits and community college classes.
