As an Associate Director at YieldStack Capital Partners, I was responsible for executing and managing capital solutions for real estate transactions for investors and property developers operating in corporate and institutional markets. YieldStack has a proven track record in raising all forms of capital – from equity, structured preferred equity, mezzanine finance, to senior debt.

Key Projects and Achievements: • Balmain - Achieved DA Approval of the Balmain Leagues Club - 137 units, mixed use redevelopment. • Eastwood - Achieved Practical Completion and OC - 74 units, mixed use project. • Chatswood - Assist with the successful acquisition and Planning Proposal lodgment of a 156 unit, mixed use project. • Chatswood - Manage s4.55 application of multi-residential project. My role at Msquared Capital focused on: • Capital Raising • Investor Relations • Credit Assessment of Commercial Loans • Assessment of Construction Progress Claims • Financial Reporting • Economic Market Analysis • Risk Analysis and Mitigation • Preparation of Investment EOI’s Msquared Capital is a provider of registered 1st and 2nd mortgage commercial finance. During my time at Msquared, there were constraints on the flow of credit to property developers and SME borrowers, thereby providing for a unique opportunity to select from a wide variety of first class loan applications and providing high-return investment opportunities for investors. My role at Msquared Capital ran in parallel with Strategic Advisory, a related entity. My role at Strategic Advisory focused on property development, construction, and commercial funding (debt & equity), including feasibility & project advisory. I was also involved in the statutory planning, feasibility and DA approval process for a 250+ apartment development project in NSW’s North West Growth Area. As a CA and having 4+ years’ experience in accounting and business advisory, I was able to assist Strategic Advisory clients with acquisition and asset structuring, property tax and cash flow matters.
