Communicated with a global supplier network to source and develop high-quality, sustainable materials to produce luxury goods. Created detailed cost analyses used for investor reports and liaised between Design and Sales executive teams to ensure new product developments met all costing goals. Daily engagement with PLM system.

Took time off from full-time work to spend time with my new baby. During this time I also took on a variety of freelance projects in development, production and supply chain/ logistics. Worked with high-end brands such as Barrineau (handbags), Marea (footwear), Rosemary Hallgarten (textiles, home decor), Loeffler Randall (footwear). Traveled to Mexico and around NY tri-state area to source high-quality materials and produce goods.

Significantly improved material and final product margins, for the first time, since the company's launch. Improved calendar timing and overall bulk-to-delivery for a solely DTC business. Managed all style buying and merchandising with OPS VP and built quarterly inventory plan. Utilized experience from previous roles, to lead the effort toward more sustainable practices, at every touchpoint of the supply chain. Sourced and produced domestically.

Co-managed NY/UK-based Product Team and was a contributing member of the senior team that led the brand to be listed as one of Fast Company’s The World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2018. Negotiated competitive MOQs and product costs with domestic and international vendors, while sourcing high-quality, sustainable and ethical materials. Proudly developed entirely new fabrications for our high-performance apparel. Traveled internationally and domestically to source, produce and conduct QC visits. Intimately involved with global freight forwarding, customs identification and supply chain.

Solely responsible for the technical design of the highest-earning product categories at Madewell, from 2013 to 2015. Collaborated with Design Director and corresponding teams to fit and launch final products in footwear, handbags, soft goods, optical, jewelry, hair and tech. Led quarterly footwear fittings with internationally-based technicians, acting as a liaison between our Design, Production and Merchant teams.

Designed key pieces for the brand's first capsule collection, in collaboration with Club Monaco. Provided creative direction for launch of new website and tandem marketing initiatives.
