Provide students and guests information about the Professional Sales Institute, how to get involved, and how it can further their career. Tape and assist students in their sales role play assignments.

* Work in Call Center answering questions and directing calls according to their needs. * Give informational and fun tours of Illinois State's campus to help potential students and parents choose their future university. * Provide customer service and a friendly face at the front desk of the admissions office to help and direct vistitors.

* Manage, mentor, and be an example to the new Preview guides with their responsibilities. * Lead new students throughout their orientation schedule for the duration of their time here. * Inform and excite the new students and their guests with the opportunities around campus.

* Lead and motivated the associates to reach or exceed sales goals. * Promoted new sales and merchandise available to our incoming customers. * Completed opening and closing tasks as well as all other general procedures.

* Help visitors and students that come into our office with questions or documents that need to be attached to their applications. * Answer the phone and provide excellent customer service. * Organize and sort transcripts and other application documents. * Compile congratulatory certificates and information for admitted students.

* Build relationships with current customers through visits and constant follow up to ensure their satisfaction. * Work together with supervisors and mechanics to complete tasks. * Cold call potential customers and act quickly on any leads.
