I am responsible for the organisation and monitoring of the English curriculum I deliver fun but effective English lessons to increase the level of English to better prepare the children for entry into Primary school, reporting directly to the Administrative and Director of Pedagogy to provide educational development updates.

Coordination of all training courses for internal Offshore and Onshore staff and external bookings. I have excellent prioritisation and organisational skills to ensure the programme runs smoothly. I constantly identify new business opportunities and communicate continual improvement and creative business ideas to Sales and Training departments.

Currently providing one-to-one dynamic classes based round Business requirements to 2 students in this Organisation.

Working with CEOs, Directors and other department members on a one-to-one basis to ensure they receive the relevant support to meet work targets using various teaching methods. Preparing effective lesson plans to cover all learning requirements Providing one-to-one and group classes to other department members Translating business documentation and providing voice-overs and support for training videos

I finished my 3 month Internship with an Advanced TEFL certificate with Distinction
