• Process timely and accurate semi-monthly payroll, using UKG (Ultipro). • Perform payroll tax related activities, such as withholding tax remittance. • Reconcile payroll account, and employee deduction liability accounts. • Process position changes and leave of absence payments. • Conduct regular payroll review process and routine audits each pay cycle. • Processes employee payroll requests, W-4 changes, address changes. • Create tax locations and work with tax agencies to register local tax codes. • Resolve employee concerns regarding payroll questions and issues. • Audit internal payroll documents and HRIS data. • Provide reports to Human Resources to assist with budget process.

• Payroll support, using Ceridian and UKG. • Serve as audit liaison - gather audit requests, meet with auditors and maintain audit scheduling. • Provide business units with monthly and customized reports to assist with understanding financials. • Attend quarterly meetings to discuss revenue and expense variances with Senior Planning Group. • Prepare monthly Sales and Use Tax payments to the State of Connecticut

• Complete reconciliations for various accounts including payroll and employee deduction accounts. • Maintain prepaid accounts and ensure items are expensed the proper period. • Support AP functions, such as invoice approvals, and check runs for vendor payments.

• Reconcile various general ledger fund accounts with bank statements. • Maintain timely journal entries.

• Generate commission-based payroll. • Compute wages and deductions using Microsoft Access and Excel. • Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into payroll system.

• Process transactions efficiently to ensure daily activity balances. • Follow company practices and policies to protect member confidentiality and privacy. • Find product solutions to fit the needs of specific members. • Collaborate with coworkers to maintain the highest degree of member satisfaction.
