My career path led me to become a Feng Shui Interior designer, Space-Planner, Ergonomist, Posture Corrector, and yoga teacher, Pilates certification training I am the owner of Commercial Interior Services Inc and Rethinking Ergonomics. Like, many of us, my life has been an interesting journey of challenges. At an early age I was introduced to the world of moving arts. I studied ballet, and many other dance techniques, martial arts, yoga, Pilates, and fitness. I learned that good posture begins with our core… My clients are people who were struggling with back pain and poor posture and who want to feel better and more productive in their work environment. After a proper posture assessment, and evaluation to determine if any corrections or improvements are necessary, I will recommend Ergonomic furniture and/or product solutions.
