An aspiring Social Researcher and Analyst who is passionate about finding out what makes people tick and how best to communicate how products, services and technology can improve their life and solve problem that they may or may not know exist. My approach to work is that if it needs doing, I am the person to do it. I have perfected the tiresome art of data entry, envelope stuffing and finding where on earth the spare paper clips are kept. My grammar and communication skills have become top notch since working at Yellow Cabs. They have had too. One of the biggest headaches you will deal with is confusion or missed opportunities because you did not check and then double check your document and instead, simply trusted spellcheck. When not hunting down post it notes or dealing with irate taxi customers, I enjoy solving problems that people have and aim to always meet and exceed their service expectations. Outside of work I challenge my personal limits by running around an athletics track as fast as I can with 10 hurdles in the way.
