BarkBox is a monthly subscription service for dogs that is looking into creating new packages for the retail market. Design workflows, brainstorming, research, hack prototypes, digital comps, final prototypes, and a ten minute pitch was all prepared to aid in the company's launch to market. SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator, Eyetracking Lab, and the Kongsberg were all used to complete this project.

* Brown-Forman is one of the largest American-owned companies in the spirits and wine business. Brown-Forman has a wide profile of products including brands such as Jack Daniel's, Woodford Reserve, Chambord, Finlandia, Herradura, and Old Forester. During my seven month co-op I have been working in the packaging laboratory and alongside the Brown-Forman packaging engineers to create and redesign packages. * Responsibilities include: * Working in the packaging lab to ensure quality of Brown-Forman current and new packages * Working alongside a Brown-Forman packaging engineer to investigate a cost savings proposal for the Pepe Lopez brand. * Testing all Brown-Forman primary and secondary packaging using ASTM and Brown-Forman standards * Write official Brown-Forman packaging lab reports and communicate to vendors, engineers, and quality assurance if there are issues * Introducing the laboratory to a new polariscope to further investigate the quality of Brown-Forman’s glassware

* The Central Clemson Recreation Center is a joint venture between the Town of Central and the City of Clemson (CCRC). The CCRC is a full service facility with a wide range of fitness options. At the CCRC, there are three pools, two basketball courts, a weight room, and land and water aerobics classes. * At CCRC I oversaw client membership and maintained the facility. There are always classes or basketball games for members and non-members to enjoy. * I was a part of: * checking in members and non-members * keeping the facility clean while on shift * lifeguard attendance * member and non-member health and wellbeing * fitness class attendance * swim lesson attendance * memberships

Home Depot is one of the largest home improvement retailers in the market today. The Company sells an assortment of building materials, home improvement products, lawn and garden products, and provides various services. For Home Depot, I was a cashier in several departments. I would often rotate between garden, lumber, main entrance, returns, and self checkout registers. On a day-to-day basis, I was very close with our customers helping them find the correct item he or she was looking for. I handled large amounts of money, cut keys, and loaded vehicles.
