Hi, I'm Lauren.I'm a passionate environmentalist and longtime advocate for women’s leadership in business. After nearly a decade running my own digital marketing agency, I stepped into the energy sector in 2022 with Smart Ease, helping businesses unlock green finance for solar and sustainability upgrades. I now lead marketing and partnerships at Smart Commercial Energy, Australia’s largest independent provider of commercial solar and battery solutions, where I get to combine strategic thinking with a drive to make clean energy easier to understand and adopt. I'm also a board member of AWISE (Australian Women in Solar Energy), an organisation which seeks to support and grow female participation in the sector.Along the way, I’ve spoken at events like Solar & Storage Live, Climate Action Week and the Smart Energy Council Expo, as well as mentoring younger women in the sector.I’m focused on bringing clarity, credibility and commercial rigour to the energy transition, while helping more women step into leadership roles across the industry.#sydney #marketing #cleanenergy #leadership
