Oak Wood Ventures is a private real estate investment firm founded in November 2018 that acquires, develops, and operates multifamily, RV, and manufactured housing communities throughout the United States. We seek to provide our partners with consistently superior returns by acquiring the most compellingly valued communities in our deal pipeline. Oak Wood applies its domain specific property management expertise to maximize the operational and economic potential of its communities for the benefit of our partners. Lauren serves as Vice President, and Director of Human Resources for Oak Wood Ventures, where she oversees various aspects of managing the logistics and administration of the executive team and the organization. She has been with the firm since inception. She oversees various departments including marketing, public relations, human resources, business development and communications of the firms’ internal projects.

Rocktop Partners, LLC is an alternative investment manager that specializes in Real Estate, in particular, the acquisition of large pools of performing and nonperforming first lien residential mortgage loans with title defects, compliance issues, or other collateral deficiencies.

Lauren reported directly to the CFO and learned all things accounting, financials and investor reporting of the firm. During her two summers of internship, she gained experience with customer service, managing client relationships and Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Excel.
