As an accounts payable administrator, I spend the bulk of my day receiving invoices using accounting software. I also make sure vendors are paid in a timely manner and reconcile monthly statements. I correspond with accounts receivable departments of various vendors to update them on payment status. Our company recently moved to a cloud-based platform, and I serve as the main contact and coordinator for Approach Technology.

I assisted potential clients with purchasing life insurance based on the health and lifestyle profile of each individual, which involved frequent use of a variety of application systems and quoting software.

My main goal was to ensure that map features were accurate, and provide constructive feedback for improvement. I referred to a specific policy for each stage of work. Training sessions were sometimes required for policy updates, and for briefing before I started a new stage. I maintained an organized workflow by prioritizing tasks every day.

I was to provide friendly customer service while managing a staff of 5 individuals each day. I corresponded directly with managers and owners about issues and concerns.

As a Program Manager within the Enterprise and Partner Group (responsible for the enterprise customer segment worldwide), I engage with Microsoft sales teams to help alleviate sales blockers within Enterprise level businesses. When a team of sellers encounters a sales or deployment blocker in the field, it is brought to my team's attention and we work to guide the account team based on the type of request. Activities include appropriately connecting the account team with key stakeholders, organizing weekly meetings to discuss blockers and provide best next steps, and ensuring that sellers have a path forward to proceed with the deal.
