Laurel Ferguson, PMP

As a Customer Success Executive at HuLoop, I serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for our most valued clients. I’m responsible for driving successful implementation, product adoption, and long-term growth by aligning HuLoop’s AI-powered work intelligence platform with each customers business objectives.

Project-manage cross-functional teams to successfully run three programs comprised of 250 projects focused on site selection, acquisition and construction of AT&T new cell site locations. Monitor project timelines and key milestones to ensure projects are on schedule and in accordance with project scope and objectives. Conduct weekly meetings with engineers, planners and area managers to communicate project goals. Deliver project updates to team leaders. Train staff on new technologies and project strategies. Continuously improve procedures for future projects by analyzing user experiences, vendor relations, contract negotiations and RFP process.

Applied knowledge of wireless permitting process and established relationships with city departments throughout California to support new cell site development. Created SOPs for each jurisdiction’s permitting process.

Facilitated project teams with environmental planning, project management, researching and writing technical reports in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines. Key Achievement: + Successfully completed an initial study for a solar project in Southern California.

Assisted in restoring habitats for seabird populations and assessed impact from marine contamination. Participated in a field-based native plant restoration effort including nursery propagation and field surveying. Key Achievement: + Propagated and planted hundreds of native plant species on Santa Barbara Island.

Managed over 100 units at 11 properties in the Sacramento, and was responsible for all administrative and managerial duties.

Quantified and described maritime chaparral and special-status annual plants prior to and following munitions and explosives of concern clean up at former Fort Ord. Using research methods, such as quadrats for identification of herb cover, our team used 50-meter transects to identify regrowth of woody shrub cover after prescribed mastication/burn treatment.

As an environmental new researcher, Ms. Ferguson provided Jean-Michel Cousteau, President of Ocean Futures Society (OFS), and his team the latest news related to the international environmental field and ocean issues. She reviewed scientific journals, newspapers, and environmental blogs and wrote reports instrumental to Jean Michel’s team. Additional duties included administrative support to the OFS office and outreach.

As a part of a six Coach Staff I help the lesser experienced swimmers gain the ability to swim all four strokes and encourage them to do thier best both in practice and at swim meets. In addition to being a Coach at Swim Practices, I also participate in Swim Meets giving encouragement and guidance to all the athletes on the SBAC Team.
