Facilitated the work of a group of 11 students for the Health Challenge Module. They had to identify a health inequity problem in a particular area of Sheffield, organise a visit there and suggest ideas to solve this issue. My role was to meet the students every week over the course of the module, make them work together, help them organise the project and answer their questions. I was also responsible for marking other students' written assessments and giving them feeback on their personal reflection.

Trained and worked as an observer for the "Behaviour in Team" project. This role consisted in observing teams of students and code each of their interactions in order to study the behaviours that make a team successful. I was part of the feedback group: my role was not only to code their interactions but also to give them feedback and advice at the end of each session and see if it affected their behaviour for the rest of the project.

Supervision of two second year medical students during the whole course of their Phase 2a Research Placement (2 months). Helped design their project, trained them on various laboratory techniques, supervised their work and supported their learning of data analysis and scientific literature browsing. I was also responsible for giving them feedback and marking their report at the end of the placement.
