Daily update of talent pool as well as experience posting jobs in several job boards. Experienced in boolean search and X-Ray sourcing. Type of profiles sourced: Technical (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack, Mobile, Data Analysis, Machine Learning) Marketing (Growth Hackers, Marketing Managers) Business Development and Sales

- Search and fidelizaotion of experienced candidates through different Social Media - Specialist in SAP, Oracle and BI technical and functional profiles - Experience in junior and senior profiles, including PM and Managers. - International recruiting experience of complex profiles such as SAP BPC, Hyperion, etc. - Phone screening, in English and Spanish, as well as on-site interviews. - Experience managing different job portal such as Infojobs, LinkedIn and Ticjob. - Keep the DB up to date regarding all the steps of the process.

Apoyo al departamento de formación a través de la organización de cursos, control de asistencias. Además trabajo con bases de datos introduciendo altas y bajas de la firma. Tambien tramito y controlo temas de beneficios sociales, Adeslas y bajas IT
