At a pivotal point in my career, I chose to step away from the workforce to focus on family while supporting the growth of a business from behind the scenes. That season provided a deeper perspective on the realities leaders and families face, balancing growth with responsibility and managing important decisions amid constant demands. When I returned to professional work, financial services became a natural extension of that experience. I was drawn to the opportunity to support individuals and families not through advice, but through process, communication, and structure.
