- Supports daily activities within Customs Operations. - Ensure that the processes are carried out with quality and compliance with the regulations. - Manage communication with importers so that the merchandise is released in a timely manner, with the instructions of Customs. - Verify and audit Customs transactions. - Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and cost reduction opportunities in the UK. - Verify transactions to ensure compliance with Government Agency requirements (HMRC). - Supervise the quality and compliance of processes. - Supervises departmental reports to ensure timely Shipment of cargo. - Review incoming reports (for example, late billing / billing delay, late release, container exception) to identify and resolve billing and compliance exceptions. - Maintains Key Performance Indicator reports to provide information on productivity levels.

- Verify the accurate completion of transactions. - Report the disposition of the import progress to inform it to the local Management. - Help with problem solving to meet Customer needs and avoid penalties. - Manage and provide track UK imports with the help of Customs Statutory Provisions. - Meet the Importer's deadline requirements for delivery of the goods in the UK.

- Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties. - Assisting with special projects, such as process improvements and budget development. - Developing and implementing new policies and processes. - Delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures. - Handling office duties, such as maintaining employee key performance, financial, and client records, data entry and reporting.
