I was case manager for kids who have been taken away from their parents. I worked with the families to help the kids safely go back home, and planned for where the kids can grow up if their parents won't get them back. I met with the parents to help guide them to do what they need to do, and met with the kids where they are living to make sure that they are safe. I also helped the foster parents cope with managing the children, who often have special needs.
