Lead two teams of 15 Operatives within the Collections Department. Worked on behalf of the County Court arranging suitable repayment plans and Bailiff Collection dates for unpaid debt. My main duties were to train and develop my staff members during their role, monitor data protection, offer motivation, lead Personal Improvement Plans and monitor and assess good practice within the team.

Working as part of the Collections Team for personal debt. Main duties included adhering to a strict data protection policy, arranging suitable re-payment plans for customers, dispute management, response by telephone and in writing to queries and complaints, completed staff training. I also monitored and assesed trends in the market and reported these to the Senior Management Team.
