In this role I have the opportunity to advise founders and CHROs of Kaszek's portfolio companies on a diverse array of People-related topics - spanning from early-stage to growth phases - supporting in developing People processes, conducting diagnostic assessments, and structuring future plans, while facilitating connections between market executives and founders to enhance organizational success.

Leading strategy, design and execution of Talent Acquisition with a structure of 22 employees

- HRBP for Institutional Business covering São Paulo, Miami and NY Offices (based in NY and SP). - Responsible for Organizational Design, Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation Strategy, Executive Coaching for C-Level.

- HRBP for Commercial Excellence Unit: consultive support to 400 employees and 20 leaders within Business Insights, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Quality, SFE and other divisions. - Learning and Development Leader: delivered projects to implement L&D Global Strategy across the company - M&A and Divestitures: Led the acquisition and integration of Abbot Surgical's division. Lead de divestiture process of 3 business units, around 500 employees. - D&I Focal point: implementation of Diversity inCompany TED Talks

- HRBP for sales function: consultive support to 350 employees and 25 leaders within Beauty, Key Account and Distribution divisions. - Early in Career Leader: build and implement the career and development plan for all commercial trainees. 50 employees, classes of 2018 and 2019

- HRBP for COE Latam BU - Data Analytics: responsible for all Latam HC Control, budgeting, resource planing and managerial reports.

- Selected among 8k participants to join the HSBC Management Trainee Programme - Responsible for implementing strategic HR Projects within the HR function - HRBP role for Private Banking Unit - Worked on the creation of HSBC’s Recruitment Structure - Mapping of recruitment needs and ideal candidates - Creation and implementation of sourcing and attraction plans - Responsible to create and report all the HSBC´s recruitment and hiring metrics and analysis
