As an HR Specialist, my main responsibilities are: ☞ Manage independently the recruitment process (sourcing candidates, screening resumes and interviewing candidates ) ☞ Manage the hiring and onboarding process of new hires: coordination with legal team for contractual requirements, communication with payroll provider, management of the induction process. ☞ Take care of legal requirements regarding employees according to local laws and regulations ☞ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records ☞ Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and with the management of employee benefits programs ☞ Provide support for employee relations issues (i.e. leaves of absence, performance management, job rotations…) ☞ Support conducting and maintaining training programs for new hires and existing employees ☞ Respond to employee inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner ☞ Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations
