- Full life cycle recruiting - Partnering with hiring managers in EMEA and LATAM to determine staffing needs. - Liaising with recruitment companies to find high caliber candidates - Improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent internationally - Screening and assessing candidates based on their experience and fit for the team - Performing in-person, phone and videocall interviews with potential candidates - Coordinating interviews with candidates, recruitment agencies and hiring managers - Managing the contract process, evaluations for successful candidates - Providing induction training and on-boarding to successful candidates

-Researching organisations and individuals to identify leads and potential new business - Identifying key customers and their needs - Negotiating with partners of varying sizes, from SME to large enterprise, with across multiple stakeholders to secure the best deal for Smartbox Group and the Partner - Developing relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships - Outbound calls, delivering KPI on daily, weekly and monthly basis, to qualify potential partners, create quotes, negotiate & close contracts. - Working with Salesforce system on a daily basis. - Working with Quality Assurance to ensure all calls are at a high standard for customers. - Mass recruiting, interview groups of potential candidates - Social Committee: organising team building activities to enhance company’s culture.

- Interfacing with domestic companies to arrange interviews and internships for European students and graduates - Recruiting candidates for mobility programs, perform phone Skype and in-person interviews - Arranging student/company interviews - Preparing candidates for interviews giving them guidance and mentoring them to ensure they succeed in the interview with the companies - Guide all candidates through on-boarding process and remain as first point of contact through their work experience - Overseas business development, coordination and follow ups. Working as part of the sales team to develop both new and existing business
