I am a nurse with a Masters of Science in Healthcare Informatics Management. I have been with HealthSCOPE Benefits for 2 years. We administer a TPA (Third Party Benefit) for employees of large corporations for a benefit that provides travel to The Mayo Clinics for specialized cancer care, organ transplants, and complex care needs. We have been using QB for almost 2 years. I have recently, because of my degree set, taken on a more active role in app building for our department. On average over the past 2 years we have been doubling in staff every 6-8 months. Our focus with QB is using it for travel coordination and expenses with our non clinical staff, and as a care management approach with our clinical nursing staff.
