Reporting to the Senior Vice President,People (Chief People Officer). Sitting on the People Leadership Team. Leading a team of 20 the role is responsible for the setting and implementing the global reward and wellbeing strategy.

Partnering with SVP Sales, VP International and VP North America. Leading the HR teams from the North America , APAC and MEA regions. The role focuses on assessing the strategic HR needs across International and developing and implementing the appropriate people plans and organisational structures in order to achieve the strategic objectives.

Reporting to the SVP People. Primarily responsible for managing a discrete end to end organisational design program for Virgin Atlantic. Key Achievements • Led the development and articulation of design principles aligned to the corporate business plan. • Conducted senior stakeholder interviews, delivered workshops and analysed organisational data to provide senior leaders with defined organisational opportunities and targeted design principles. • Developed toolkits to support the HRBP team to further develop organisational opportunities. • Led the project to centralise Virgin Holidays and Virgin Atlantic HR creating a shared centre of excellence.

Strategic HR Partner to the Executive Vice President of Operations. The role supports a global operation with a client group of circa 2000 employees.

Strategic Partner to the business supporting specifically the Engineering and Cargo divisions. It acted as a key member of the senior management team to support the development and delivery of business plans and the associated people plans.

Strategic HR partner to the Professional Functions to support the development and delivery of world class professional services that will underpin the commercial transformation of Royal Mail. Partnering 9 members of the Group Executive Team, including CFO, CIO, CHRO, and Company Secretary, across a client population of c.2750.

Strategic HR partner to Director of International Operations. Supporting 2000 frontline and managerial employees. Overseeing major change projects and providing HR leadership to enable to modernisation of our operational processes. Major area of focus centres on employee engagement and employee relations.

Provided change management support for operational area circa 5,000 employees. Organisational design and change consultant for delivery office consolidation.

Provided generalist HR support to the opperational area. Key achievements included reducing sick absence by 1% , setting up a learning centre linked to the skills for life initiative and introducing a manpower planning framework across the area.
