Responsible for the preparation of financial and SEC reports, and interpreting accounting pronouncements and bulletins. Oversee Corporate Accounting activities and the preparation of working papers. Other critical tasks include but are not limited to; coordinating reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, researching and drafting position papers in support of existing and future accounting practices and ensuring compliance with the company’s internal controls over financial reporting.

The Senior Financial Account (SFA) in the Piling Division coordinates the monthly and quarterly divisional accounting, including supervising Project Accountant activities and interacting with corporate accounting and other departments. Additionally, the SFA performs other critical tasks including but not limited to; review of project forecasts and revenue recognition, balance sheet analysis, coordination of the divisional year-end audits and quarter-end reviews, assist in the preparation of divisional operation and G&A budgets, and mentor and coach Project Accountants within the division.

Manage the accounting process for piling construction projects, including initiation, contract analysis, budgeting, forecasting, monthly cost accruals, revenue recognition, and monthly & quarterly reporting/analysis. Other responsibilities include maintaining excellent relationships with site personnel, reviewing AP, RNV and AR balances, prepare monthly balance sheet, WIP and DSO analysis, and prepares analysis required for monthly reviews and annual audits.
