Directed research projects that evaluate student reactions to cooperative learning styles in comparison to traditional classroom styles. Subjects were interviewed about the aesthetics and components of a cooperative learning style classroom compared to a traditional college classroom. Respondents' answers and demographics were analyzed for statistical correlations between multiple variables.

Responsible for answering phones, employee reference checks, data entry, office filing, and auditing client and personnel records.

At World Market I am responsible for supervising and training store staff, daily store operations including executing schematics, floor moves, distress management, staff hiring, staff evaluations, and opening and closing duties. Customer service and design knowledge are two strengths that aid me as I assist customers selecting furniture and decor. During my time at World Market I have been promoted from Sales Associate, to Beverage Department Head, to Store Supervisor in less than two years.
