Accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day to day account management of an assigned group of large commercial accounts. Contribute to retention, client satisfaction, and enhancing AJG's value to clients. Responsible for new business work flows, renewal work flows, and daily servicing of existing accounts. Proficient in agency management systems and Microsoft Products. Supervision of staff in multiple office in North Carolina. Work with staff to design and implement strategies to handle large work loads. Work with executive management on organic growth and Agency initiatives. Work as a liaison between sales staff and service staff.

Responsible for supervision of staff across multiple offices in the State of North Carolina. Accountable for leading a client service team that delivers high quality and efficient service to both the internal and external clients within a branch. Reporting directly to the Client Service Director of North Carolina along with maintaining a relationship to the Branch Manager to ensure service goals and objectives support the Branch strategy. Responsible for a direct impact on business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing Gallagher's value to clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and creating a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
