* I roasted coffee, managed bean inventory and shipments to all wholesale accounts. * I planned the schedules for the staff, and supervised the afternoon and evening team. * I closed and balanced the register and deposits each night.

I work with our program coordinators to develop desired outcome goals, and make sure the information systems we have in place can give us the information we need. I also am working to expand our utilization of Salesforce organization wide. This expansion includes adding QuickBooks data auto-sync, volunteer management, and campaign/fundraiser management.

I manage building and grounds for our Rogers and Springdale locations. This includes managing the maintenance, janitorial and warehouse staff. I also handle all contact with contractors for any building changes and/or repairs. I am also a primary point of contact in the administrative offices, and the Executive Director's assistant. My favorite part of my job is building relationship with clients and volunteers. I especially love talking with interesting people - people whose "interestingness" may usually go unnoticed. I love that as a grace-driven organization, we go to great lengths to help our clients experience positive life change.
