Basic customer service duties, such as, being available to attend to customers needs, answering phones and filling out phone orders, cash register duties, selling accounts to customers, knowledge of product on the floor, attaining and maintaing Sales Volume Goal, Sales Per Hour, Items Per Transaction, and Apps per Hour, maintaining a clean selling floor, putting away go backs and merchandising department.

Performing merchandiser/vendor duties, such as:merchandising product, maintaining a clean and visually appealing department,making and maintaining relationships with management and the associates, making sure management and associates are knowledgable of Cosabella product and profile,providing customer service while on location at stores,making sure Cosabella has a prime location within the department, keeping up to date with numbers and being able to bring numbers up when they are down, keeping track of stock and taking note when replenishment is needed, maintaing a clean and organized stockroom, helping to plan store events regarding Cosabella, participating in said events, participating in twice yearly seminars which includes bringing samples to department stores within my region and speaking in morning meetings to associates to give product knowledgment, and lastly, writing and responding to emails regarding Cosabella on a daily basis.
