Provide high level support to employees and HR functions spanning across our organization's HR functions. Manage and lead new hire onboarding activities and resources across our Americas region.

Responsible for all activities pertaining to the sales floor. This includes not only the training, coaching, and monitoring of all sales associates, but also taking the lead on client relationships and resolving customer issues. Daily tasks also included constant recording and analysis of sales figures, as well as accounting for all cash and credit intakes for the store. While holding this position I underwent constant training in sales, coaching, and management.

Assumed responsibility for all in store marketing. This included all creating and updating all visual elements to increase traffic and sales. This role also included training associates on Pandora visual guidelines and policies. As the Visual Manager I was also responsible for the store's social media activities as well.

As a Pandora Sales Associate I went through continuous sales training. I was responsible for meeting daily, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
